He is a chattered banker having been certified by the Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and he is also a member of relevant professional bodies such as Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRMN), Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN), National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

He is well experienced in Business Development(SME and retail), Credit risk management, Commercial Strategy, Process automation, Portfolio analysis, Recovery management, Partnerships and relationship management, effective leadership skills with high level of professionalism.
He current serves as the Managing Director of Plug Microfinance Bank Limited leveraging his expertise to drive growth and innovation in the Microfinance sector.
