Olagunju Olaoluwa James is a seasoned IT Infrastructure and Systems Management specialist with several years of experience across the financial, manufacturing, and educational sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Computer Engineering from Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) and an HND in Computer Engineering from Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH).

A certified engineer and active member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and a student member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He has undergone professional training in CISSP, CCNA, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AI-900, and ITIL, and more, equipping him with robust skills in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT service management.

He is highly experienced in IT infrastructure design and deployment, network administration, data center operations, end-user support, digital workplace solutions, and IT governance. His approach blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient IT environments.

He currently serves as the Head of IT at Plug Microfinance Bank Limited, where he leverages his depth of experience to drive digital efficiency, enhance operational continuity, and support enterprise-wide innovation.
