Where applicable, electronic and mobile banking services are provided subject to additional terms. The Bank shall not be liable for losses arising from: Network failures, system downtime, or technical errors beyond the Bank’s control, Incorrect instructions provided by the customer, Unauthorized access resulting from customer negligence.

Applicable fees, charges, and interest rates shall be as published by the Bank or communicated to customers from time to time. The Bank may review these in line with regulatory guidelines and will notify customers where required.
