Mrs. Busola Adegboyega is a graduate of Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She began her banking career at United Bank for Africa Plc as a Customer Service Officer, where she also worked in relationship management.

She later joined Zenith Bank Plc as part of the pioneer team that established the bank’s E-Business Department, playing a key role in launching the bank’s digital transformation journey in the early 2000s.

Following her time at Zenith Bank, she moved to Spring Bank Plc (now part of Heritage Bank Limited), continuing her work in the E-Business department.

After her successful banking career, Mrs. Adegboyega co-founded Cavari Capital Limited, where she provides strategic, business support, and advisory services to clients.

She holds the UK Investment Management Certificate and is a member of the CFA Society UK.
